Intermediate- and high-grade lymphomas: Most patients present with rapidly growing and bulky lymphadenopathy.[patient.info] In the first case, the laboratory tests showed anemia, thrombocytosis, elevated inflammatory biomarkers, a low level of iron, and hypoproteinemia.[ncbi.nlm.nih.gov] […] with a high endemicity of Q fever compared with those with low endemicity.[ncbi.nlm.nih.gov]

  • Leukemia

Five features were present in 50% of children: hepatomegaly (64%), splenomegaly (61%), pallor (54%), fever (53%) and bruising (52%).[ncbi.nlm.nih.gov] ( 3 ) with or without lymphadenopathy, hepatomegaly, splenomegaly, or anemia.[web.archive.org] fever on day 29.[bloodjournal.hematologylibrary.org]

  • Primary Myelofibrosis

The patient, a 62-year-old female, having had primary myelofibrosis for 13 years and a splenectomy 4 years before, was admitted because of high fever, hepatomegaly, thrombocythemia[ncbi.nlm.nih.gov] Most of them had anemia, fever, and hepatosplenomegaly on admission.[ncbi.nlm.nih.gov] Although ruxolitinib rapidly induced relief, he developed a high-grade fever. A comprehensive fever work-up found no apparent cause of the fever, except for PMF.[ncbi.nlm.nih.gov]

  • Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

  • Adult-Onset Still Disease

Liver involvement was observed in all cases, with hepatomegaly in 81.3%, increased liver enzymes in 50.0%, and hypergammaglobulinemia in 68.8%.[ncbi.nlm.nih.gov] Autoimmune hemolytic anemia. • Castleman Disease

Examination revealed pallor; generalized edema; axillary, cervical, and inguinal lymphadenopathy; hypertension; and hepatomegaly.[ncbi.nlm.nih.gov] Laboratory findings were consistent with anemia of inflammation. Direct antiglobulin test was positive without any other evidence of autoimmune anemia.[ncbi.nlm.nih.gov] A 46-year-old male patient presented with fever for over 5 months. An FDG PET/CT was acquired to evaluate the source of the fever.[ncbi.nlm.nih.gov]
