  • Influenza

    This is a case of a 60-year-old man with chronic idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, with fever, arthralgias and rash characterised by extensive erythematous plaques on his limbs[] There can also be tachycardia and dyspnea but with hypotension. Vomiting and diarrhea may also occur, but are rare findings associated with the disorder.[] The most common systemic adverse events were drowsiness, irritability, loss of appetite, fatigue, muscle aches, headache, arthralgia, and gastrointestinal tract symptoms.[]

  • Pneumonia

    Arthralgia and myalgia are often reported.
