  • Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis

    We report a 55-year old woman with microscopic polyangiitis who presented with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and 1 year later developed hematuria and proteinuria.[ncbi.nlm.nih.gov] Some of these systemic symptoms include weight loss, low-grade fevers, fatigue, arthralgias, or myalgias.[emedicine.medscape.com] She had hematuria with red blood cell casts, nephrotic range proteinuria (3.5g/24 hours) and significantly elevated anti-glomerular basement membrane glomerulonephritis titers[ncbi.nlm.nih.gov]

  • Streptococcal Infection
