101 Possible Causes for Axillary Mass, Neck Mass, Splenomegaly

  • Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma

    Computed tomography scan of the chest and abdomen showed paratracheal and subcarinal lymphadenopathy and splenomegaly, with the findings being compatible with lymphoma.[ncbi.nlm.nih.gov] The disease starts in the lymph nodes, although early involvement of the oropharyngeal lymphoid tissue or the bone marrow is common, as is abdominal mass or gastrointestinal[physio-pedia.com] High-resolution computed tomography (CT) of the temporal bone and CT of the neck detected a mass lateral to the left tympanic membrane and another mass in the anterior neck[ncbi.nlm.nih.gov]

  • Infectious Mononucleosis
