  • Otitis Media

Four months before the occurrence of thrombosis, he presented with bilateral otitis media and mastoiditis, and was treated with antibiotic.[] Clinical evolution after four months was marked by the appearance of mastoiditis with facial paralysis.[] Any child with suspected acute complications of AOM (mastoiditis, meningitis or facial nerve paralysis) should be urgently referred for ENT assessment.[]

  • Bacterial Otitis Media

A CT scan of the brain showed bilateral mastoid and middle ear opacification with no acute intra-cranial process (Figure 1 ).[] In our patient, temporal bone CT images showed similar opacification in the mastoid and middle ears bilaterally, yet she only incurred inner ear damage on the right (Figure[] We present a case of unilateral bacterial labyrinthitis in an otherwise healthy adult female who presented with bilateral AOM.[]

  • 3p Deletion Syndrome

Bilateral sensorineural hearing loss (SNHL) was confirmed. Temporal bone computed tomography showed poorly developed mastoids bilaterally.[] Additionally, this paper will review non-mastoid approaches to the cochlea potentially used in cases of mastoid abnormalities.[]

  • Ethmoid Sinusitis

Issues with sinus mucous retention cyst in left maxillary sinus , bilateral mastoid sinus disease and mild ethmoid sinus disease .[]

  • Hemifacial Spasm

Brain MRI Scan revealed extensive pan-sinusitis and mild bilateral mastoiditis. She responded well to intravenous ceftriaxone therapy and the hemifacial spasm resolved.[]

  • Acute Mastoiditis

Computed tomography confirmed bilateral mastoid abscesses with destruction of the mastoid cortex.[] The patient underwent a contrasted CT scan, which showed bilateral otitis media, bilateral mastoiditis, and a right subperiosteal abscess and epidural abscess.[] mastoid Acute mastoiditis Bilat acute mastoiditis Bilat mastoid abscess Bilateral abscess of mastoids Bilateral acute mastoiditis Both sides acute mastoiditis Both sides[]

  • Mastoiditis

This case demonstrates the need for a high index of suspicion of IMT when imaging reveals bilateral mastoid opacification.[] The patient underwent a contrasted CT scan, which showed bilateral otitis media, bilateral mastoiditis, and a right subperiosteal abscess and epidural abscess.[] […] the body or to the brain Facial paralysis Meningitis Partial or total loss of hearing Bilateral Mastoiditis This is a type of Mastoiditis characterized by the development[]
