  • Alcoholic Hepatitis

    Image studies showed an extremely enlarged fatty liver and splenomegaly.[] The excess bilirubin can also lead to other symptoms such as pale or clay-colored stools, dark urine, and generalized itching.[] Splenomegaly is uncommon. Ascites and hepatic encepalopathy are common in severe disease but varices are not common.[]
