  • Multiple Myeloma

  • Malignant Hypertension

  • Hypertensive Crisis

  • Temporal Arteritis

    The present case is an 81-year-old woman diagnosed with GCA, who initially presented with features similar to tension-type headache.[ncbi.nlm.nih.gov] One week later, there were multiple cotton wool spots in the posterior pole, a relative afferent pupillary defect, and subtle visual field loss in the left eye.[ncbi.nlm.nih.gov] Two days after prednisolone therapy was initiated, the patient began to experience transient vertigo attacks.[ncbi.nlm.nih.gov]

  • Susac Syndrome
