219 Possible Causes for Dizziness, Dyspnea at Rest, Pleural Effusion

  • Congestive Heart Failure

    While symptoms of heart failure vary by person, swelling of the legs, irregular heartbeats or other unexplained symptoms like shortness of breath or dizziness could be early[novanthealth.org] Initially dyspnea occurs only at exertion. Later on orthopnea and paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnea also develop.   • Pulmonary Embolism
