  • Acquired Hemophilia

We report a patient with AHA complicated with a right shoulder joint hemarthrosis and immune thrombocytopenia.[] Hemorrhagic complications include epistaxis, GI and urologic bleeding, retroperitoneal hematomas, compartment syndrome, prolonged postpartum bleeding, excessive posttraumatic[] Computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) revealed intramuscular hematoma and intracranial hemorrhage.[]

  • Acquired Hemophilia A

We report a patient with AHA complicated with a right shoulder joint hemarthrosis and immune thrombocytopenia.[] CONCLUSIONS: Subdural hematomas as the initial sign of AHA are all but unknown in the medical literature.[] He later developed right flank pain secondary to a retroperitoneal hematoma.[]

  • Hemophilia B

The percentage of patients with either 10-50 or more than 50 hemarthrosis was greater in hemophilia A than in hemophilia B (P Copyright Ferrata Storti Foundation.[] Abstract The authors report the case of a 49-year-old man, hematoma of the gallbladder associated with hemophilia B.[] As physical activity increases in children, hemarthrosis and hematomas occur. Chronic arthropathy is a late complication of recurrent hemarthrosis in a target joint.[]

  • Hereditary Factor XIII A Subunit Deficiency

Bleeding into joint spaces (hemarthrosis) occasionally occurs.[] Pronounced bruising, development of hematomas and prolonged bleeding from wounds are also typical symptoms.[] Hemarthrosis is not common. Pregnant women with this disorder commonly have miscarriages.[]

  • Femoral Neuropathy

Treatment consists in bed rest, analgesics, and fresh-frozen plasma during the acute phase. .During the convalescent phase, a Hessing long brace is used to protect the knee from hemarthrosis[] Femoral neuropathy is uncommon and usually due to compression from psoas muscle mass lesions of diverse nature, including hematomas.[] Abstract We report a case of retroperitoneal hematoma presenting as femoral nerve pulsy on antiplatelet therapy.[]

  • Hemophilia A

, MD -6.60 (95% CI -9.32 to -3.88) (low quality evidence) and mean number of joints that had hemarthrosis, MD -0.90 (95% CI -1.36 to -0.44).[] […] buttocks,4)fore arms  Psoas hematoma- if right sided may mimic acute appendicitis  Retroperitoneal hematoma: 12.[] We report the case of a 5-year-old child who had intraspinal hematoma with nonsurgical, conservative management.[]

  • Factor VII Deficiency

CASE REPORT: A 28-year-old woman experienced recurrent spontaneous hemarthrosis in both elbows and one knee starting at 2 years of age.[] Abstract A 57-year-old man of northern Italian and Polish descent with a late-onset, mild form of hereditary factor VII deficiency developed bilateral intracranial subdural hematomas[] […] while heterozygotes are typically asymptomatic There is little correlation of factor levels and bleeding symptoms Patients exhibit easy bruising, epistaxis, soft tissue hematoma[]

  • Warfarin

., intracranial hemorrhage, gastrointestinal (GI) bleed, hematemesis, intraocular bleeding, hemarthrosis) can occur at virtually any site on the body.[] Abstract Intracerebral hemorrhage is a well-known complication resulting from warfarin use; however, warfarin-associated intraspinal hematoma is very rare.[] Abstract Spontaneous retroperitoneal hematoma after warfarin therapy is an extremely rare event.[]

  • Hematocele

Blood Loss, Surgical Circumvallate Placenta Syndrome cryptorchidism Ecchymosis Epistaxis Exsanguination Eye Hemorrhage Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage granulomatous orchitis hemarthrosis[] During the surgical exploration, an encapsulated hematoma in the close vicinity of the testicle and epididymis was observed.[] The hematoma extended downward along the retroperitoneal space to the ipsilateral inguinal canal, and then to the scrotum, causing hematocele formation [Figure 3] .[]
