  • Inguinal Hernia

    We report a rare case of a 41-year-old male patient with a spermatic cord leiomyoma that presented as an inguinal canal mass mimicking an irreducible inguinal hernia without[ncbi.nlm.nih.gov] Imaging showed large paratesticular mass; radical inguinal excision of testicle, cord, and mass was performed.
