Skin tags Skin tags are fleshy, irregularly shaped growths of normal skin that can occur on the vulva or elsewhere on the body.
Vaginal discharge and vaginal lesions must be excluded. History is important, and diagnosis is by exclusion. In urethral syndrome, the etiology is unknown.
Presenting symptoms include a palpable or visible mass, pain, dyspareunia, dysuria, a distorted voiding stream, and a vaginal discharge.
