  • Ovarian Cyst

    This report describes a case of a presacral mass found on CT of a 37-year-old woman who initially presented with worsening abdominal pain and a history of ovarian cyst rupture[] She was also found to have a pelvic mass and an exploratory laparotomy revealed left ovarian cancer.[] At 14 years of age, she received salpingo-oophorectomy because of ovarian cyst torsion presenting as acute pelvic pain.[]

  • Endometriosis

  • Tubo-Ovarian Abscess

    We report on a 58-years-old woman with a metastatic ovarian carcinoma who had chest pain, nausea and collapse during their first Taxol infusion.[] A 49-year-old woman presented with ascites and a left pelvic mass. Optimal debulking surgery was carried out including a segmental resection of segment 5/6 of the liver.[] Most patients had abdominal pain and a pelvic mass.
