388 Possible Causes for Ovarian Pain, Pelvic Mass

  • Ovarian Cyst

    This report describes a case of a presacral mass found on CT of a 37-year-old woman who initially presented with worsening abdominal pain and a history of ovarian cyst rupture[ncbi.nlm.nih.gov] She was also found to have a pelvic mass and an exploratory laparotomy revealed left ovarian cancer.[ncbi.nlm.nih.gov] At 14 years of age, she received salpingo-oophorectomy because of ovarian cyst torsion presenting as acute pelvic pain.[ncbi.nlm.nih.gov]

  • Endometriosis
