Choledocholithiasis

Patient ( age 59, male) with diabetes(on insulin) was admitted with acute upper abdominal pain which progressed into jaundice 10days later ERCP was performed and gall stone was removed from lower CBD and papilotomy was performed. 6days after the ERCP black tarry stool stopped and returned to normal in color. During ERCP Weight was 62kg, 7days after the ERCP Weight became 59.5kg. Is this Weight loss normal or is a reason to worry?
