Pudendal hernia is the most common cause of secondary chronic constipation (in males). The main cause of the development of a pudendal hernia, as a rule, is an enlarged prostate gland, which presses on the muscles of the pelvic floor, causes atrophy and dissection of the muscles located between the genitals and the anus.
