INTERMITTENT DYSPHAGIA

I HAVE HAD A FORM OF INTERMITTENT DYSPHAGIA FOR OVER TWENTY YEARS,IN THE EARLY YEARS, FOOD PARTICULARLY MEAT AND BREAD CAUSED PROBLEMS BUT I COULD EASILY REGURGITATE THE FOOD BACK UP.ON TWO OCCASIONS I HAD MY OESOPHAGUS STRETCHED WHICH DID A SLIGHT IMPROVEMENT BUT ONLY FOR A FEW DAYS.IN RECENT YEARS I HAVE HAD TO GO TO A&E BECAUSE I COULD NOT DISLODGE STUCK FOOD ON TWO OCCAISONS I HAD A TREATMENT WITH BOTOX INJECTED INTO THE MUSCLES OF THE OESOPHAGUS WHICH DID NOT WORK,ARE THERE ANY OTHER TREATMENTS, AS I HAVE NOT SEEN A SPECIALIST NOW FOR AT LEAT 5 YEARS?
