Sertoli Cell Tumor of the Testis metastasized to the lungs

My 37 year old brother in law was diagnosed with Sertoli Cell Tumor of the testis at the end of last year. His testicle was removed, however the cancer metastasised to his lungs. He's had 4 sets of 5 days of intensive chemotherapy, after a PET scan following his third treatment, the cancer is still growing.

There doesn't seem to be any other options in Australia for him treatment-wise, it being such a rare cancer, and I'm trying to find anything that may be available outside of Australia

Are you able to give any advice on any other treatment options?
