Felty's Syndrome

I HAVE A 90 YEAR OLD PATIENT DIAGNOSED WITH FELTY SYNDROME FOR OVER 25 YEARS ON MTX. SHE HAS JUST HAD HER 2ND BREAST REMOVED FOR CANCER. SHE HAS NOT HAD RECURRENT SERIOUS BACTERIAL INFECTIONS AND HER RED AND WHITE COUNTS NORMALIZED AND SPLENOMEGALY AND LIVER FUNCTION TESTS HAVE IMPROVED. HOW UNUSUAL IS THIS CASE?
