Presentation
Many lesions in the oral cavity may present with a papillary or pebbly clinical appearance. [ncbi.nlm.nih.gov]
Entire Body System
-
Pallor
The desirable clinical endpoint of the treatment was lesions shrunk and turned pallor immediately after the irradiation. The treatment interval was at least 8 weeks. Of the 11 patients, 9 of them were cured and 2 of them were improved. [ncbi.nlm.nih.gov]
Gastrointestinal
-
Abdominal Mass
A diagnosis of angiokeratoma of the scrotum (Fordyce) was made and potential precipitants such as intra-abdominal masses, urinary tract tumours, varicoceles, hernias and angiokeratoma corporis diffusum (Fabry syndrome) were excluded. [ncbi.nlm.nih.gov]
Cardiovascular
-
Exertional Chest Pain
We report the case of a 76-year-old man, who presented with loss of consciousness following exertional chest pain. He was found to have tortuous corneal vessels, 100 cherry angiomas on his trunk, and angiokeratomas on his scrotum. [ncbi.nlm.nih.gov]

Lesion of the Tongue
A 45-year-old female presented with a painless lesion on the tongue of one months duration, which bled occasionally. On clinical examination, a lesion of approximately 5 mm in diameter was observed on the left surface of the tongue. [ncbi.nlm.nih.gov]
Skin
-
Excoriation
Bleeding may occur if angiokeratoma is excoriated or traumatized. We report an exceedingly rare solitary eyelid angiokeratoma in an otherwise normal middle aged male. [ncbi.nlm.nih.gov]
-
Erythema
Zaballos et al. 2 categorized three dermoscopic patterns of AKs, consisting of dark or red lacunae, a whitish veil, and peripheral erythema with a hemorrhagic crust 2, 3. [ncbi.nlm.nih.gov]

Suggestibility
These findings suggested that APACHE is a type of vascular malformation. [ncbi.nlm.nih.gov]
In view of the special features of this case, several diagnoses were suggested, including Rendu Osler's disease, superficial lymphangioma and verrucous angioma. [moh-it.pure.elsevier.com]

Confusion
These lesions are easily confused with infectious disease, inflammatory lesions, and epithelial tumors. [ncbi.nlm.nih.gov]
Angiokeratoma of Fordyce (also known as "Angiokeratoma of the scrotum and vulva," though not to be confused with Fordyce's spots) is a skin condition characterized by red to blue papules on the scrotum or vulva. [en.wikipedia.org]

Vulvar Edema
In this report, we presented a 42 year old unmarried woman who was admitted to our clinic with complaints of two papuler lesions of the right labium majus with vaginal discharge, vulvar pruritis, and vulvar edema. [ncbi.nlm.nih.gov]

Vaginal Discharge
In this report, we presented a 42 year old unmarried woman who was admitted to our clinic with complaints of two papuler lesions of the right labium majus with vaginal discharge, vulvar pruritis, and vulvar edema. [ncbi.nlm.nih.gov]

Cesarean Section
The article reports the case of a middle-aged black woman with a history of chronic constipation, varicose veins of the lower limbs and cesarean section performed 20 years ago who had had multiple vulvar angiokeratomas for three months. [ncbi.nlm.nih.gov]

Lymphocytic Infiltrate
Histology demonstrated a heavy lymphocytic infiltrate with plasma cells and proliferation of blood vessels consistent with APACHE. Our case is unique given the linear array of cutaneous lesions and associated nail dystrophy. [ncbi.nlm.nih.gov]
Treatment
The mean treatment sessions were 2.2 times. None of them had a scar formation and any other side effects. All of them were satisfied with the treatment results. We conclude that angiokeratoma of Fordyce responded well to lpNd:YAG laser treatment. [ncbi.nlm.nih.gov]
Etiology
It is a rare benign cutaneous disease, of unknown etiology, characterized by multiple, asymptomatic erythematous-violaceous papules and nodules, usually located unilaterally with acral distribution. [ncbi.nlm.nih.gov]
Epidemiology
In the literature, although more adult cases are being described, the clinical, epidemiologic and histopathologic data of this presentation is scant. [ncbi.nlm.nih.gov]
