Infertility
In turn, neuroendocrine dysfunction due to genetic or other deficits can lead, for example, to infertility, impotence, precocious or delayed puberty, defective or excessive growth, obesity and anorexia, Cushing’s Syndrome, hypertension or thyroid disorders [books.google.com]
Low levels of gonadotropins cause infertility, decrease in sex drive, erectile dysfunction, and irregular menstrual cycles. [cancer.net]
Women usually present with amenorrhea, infertility and galactorrhea. Men often present with impotence, loss of libido and infertility. If tumor extends outside of sella, visual field defects or other mass effects may be seen. 31. [slideshare.net]
In women, this can lead to infertility. Large pituitary tumors can slightly elevate blood prolactin levels. Doctors think this occurs because of compression of the pituitary stalk, the connection between the brain and the pituitary gland. [pituitary.ucla.edu]
Patients with pituitary adenomas may present initially with symptoms of endocrine dysfunction such as infertility, decreased libido, and galactorrhea, or with neurologic symptoms such as headache and visual changes. [aafp.org]
