Treatment
Non-surgical treatment consisted of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), prednisone, and bisphophonates with mixed results. Surgical treatment consisted of intramedullary reaming and fenestration and was very effective to reduce pain. [pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov]
