Presentation
Unilateral or bilateral popliteal pterygium in the absence of additional anomalies would appear to be very uncommon and is unlikely to be the sole present- ing sign in a patient with PPS. [dokumen.tips]
Gastrointestinal
- Nausea
The pregnancy was unremarkable save for first-trimes- ter nausea and a mild elevation in blood pressure during the last 2 weeks. At birth she weighed 2,620 g, was 48 cm long, and had an OFC of 33 cm. [dokumen.tips]
Neurologic
- Confusion
In the past, it has been confused with the PPS [Escobar and Weaver, 19781. However, it can be distinguished by its autosomal-recessive inheritance: generally lethal course, corneal changes, and marked anomalies of the distal limbs. [dokumen.tips]
