Presentation
This work presents an unusual fatal case of overdose subsequent to an accidental massive administration of Vinblastine (90 mg instead of 9 mg), slow bolus (five minutes), to a 33-year-old woman who suffered from Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. [semanticscholar.org]

Workup

Treatment
The treatments are mainly supportive to alleviate the predominant drugs’ adverse effects such as neurotoxicity, ileus and myelosuppression. [ncbi.nlm.nih.gov]
Broad spectrum antibiotic treatment and intravenous imminoglobulin was given for severe febrile notropenia. On day 4th, the girl also suffered a peripheral neuropatic pain which was controlled by gabapentine. [journals.lww.com]
